GENERAL

The Papiersaal & Folium are suitable for at least 80 people each. For more than 150 people & a varied program, we recommend the two-story layout with both spaces. We would be happy to advise you personally:

  • Standard room lighting

  • Standard background music (playlists)

  • Standard furnishings (standing cubes, lounges, seating, etc.)

  • Consultation from the Corporate & Sales team (half a day of work)

  • Cleaning after the event (charged by an external company)

  • In-house tech set-up & technical staff (paid packages, depending on scope)

  • Catering (recommendation: in-house partner Rüsterei)

  • Decoration (we are happy to support you with our network)

  • Cloakroom (self-service, service by the client & if desired, also serviced cloakroom through us)

  • Additional/specific furniture (available: theater & seminar seating, banquet/exhibitor tables, food

    stands, etc.)

  • Bar service with a specific offer and & bar team

Possible date, number of people, budget, rough schedule & set-up (program & catering ideas).

In addition to the half-day & full-day rental, the rooms can be used until the early morning with the night surcharge.

SERVICES

Within our expertise in technical set-up, event creation & catering, we offer individual solutions along with our staff. For all other event specialty areas, we either have internal solutions or rely on our network, which has been tried & tested over many years.

Thanks to our many years of experience & the implementation of all types of events on our premises, we are happy to advise you from the start of planning until after the event. We define the scope of required services together.

The complete organization of the services & the billing after the event is handled by us. As a client, you will receive a total invoice including the costs of any external service providers.

Basically, the responsibility lies with the organizer or the client themselves. If requested, we can take on certain responsibilities & support the event with appropriate staff & know-how. The different levels of responsibility for an event must be defined in advance & will be charged accordingly after the event.

Depending on the desired service level & number of guests, the season or weather conditions as well as fire regulations, our trained cloakroom staff can be booked. Otherwise, either self-service by the guests or service by the client's staff applies.

CATERING

Your enjoyment offer will be defined in an individual discussion with the Rüsterei banquet team: (almost) anything is possible, from aperitifs & take-outs to seated dinners.

Yes. External catering is possible by pre-arrangement & agreement.

No. However, you have the option to bring your own bottles of wine with a corkage fee.

Yes. We would be happy to design a bar offer tailored to you & your occasion.

The bar is open to all visitors at public concerts, parties and events that take place in the Papiersaal: TO THE CULTURAL PROGRAM. You can also find us every year (Nov – Dec) with a mulled wine stand on Kalanderplatz

TECHNICAL SET-UP

Yes. Both spaces have integrated technical equipment. If something is missing or something specific is needed, we can consult our network of partners.

We recommend that you have your event implemented with our equipment & by our own technical team. Because no one knows their way around here as well as our team. However, exceptions are possible for bringing your own technical set-up.
